As a base, it was essential to ensure the safety of your partner. In this process, you experience deep connection and fulfillment.

As a couple, you have to experience this! Imagine anywhere in the world in the most beautiful places, you can just do free flow acroyoga with your partner?! They have deeply inspired me and I shall definitely adopt this as a practice!

Thank you Chris and Mila for the first round of 5 classes. It was fun but at the same time felt safe, I learned a lot and it was challenging, but (mostly 😃) achievable. I also appreciated that you encouraged us but didn't push!

The two are great teachers! They are super friendly and did a good job at including everybody and teaching everyone, despite of how much we individually knew about Acro Yoga. Even complete newbys had fun!

Great fun. Mila and Chris were excellent instructors and kept safety first at all time. I will go back.

Great lesson and amazing company. Chris and Mila created a very friendly environment and accommodated different (beginner) levels. The workshop and tricks were mildly challenging yet fun to learn. Safety was a priority. Besides all the acro moves, everyone learnt how to efficiently spot other participants.

After the workshop I felt very energized or how I told Chris "I feel like I could go for a run!"

Looking forward for more acroyoga workshops! :)

Both the teachers are very knowledgeable, they were very good at making sure everybody felt integrated and comfortable even with the difficult parts. And the workshop was super fun.
