Catch the flyer!

Over dit evenement

For the last workshop in this series we will work with and focus on different types of spotting!

We will go over some basic positions and explore what to do when you fall. How do you spot different tricks? What are the important things to pay attention to? But also, how do you practice new tricks safely when you don’t have any spotters?

Aside from learning how to fall, we will also work on, as a flyer, how to stay on top of your base and, as a base, how to keep your flyer in your line.
We will also at the end of the workshop revisit the flow from the previous month, the Ninja Star, coincidentally, this flow requires ninja spotting to spot properly, so you can put your skills to the test.

This is a beginner/entry level workshop, intended to give and expand on the skills which will build a strong and more importantly, safe foundation for your practice.

The workshop itself is until 17:00 after which there is an hour to connect, play and practice.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
