Why hello there and welcome to the first class hosted by Catch!

This will be a series of 5 classes intended to teach participants a wide range of beginners poses, together with core technical skills. We will also be playing with transitioning between these poses, introducing flow.
Our goal is to have you comfortable with beginner level acroyoga at the end of the series, this includes for bases to know how powerlines work, and for flyers to understand how to move on a base. We will, as always, be paying a lot of attention to spotting, the art of making all of the above happen safely.

These classes are meant to be entry/beginner level, if you have attended the summer workshops you can expand and deepen the things you learned. If you have no experience at all this is a great point to start your acro journey.

Now for the practical part, for this first series of classes the first two classes can be used as a tryout. After your first class we do ask participants to commit to the whole series due to the progressive nature of the classes as well as group integrity.
