Looking for an active, yet romantic date with your partner that is just a little bit different? Or do you have a loved one you want to do something special with?

Acroyoga is a great way to bond together, to learn to trust each other while doing the most amazing tricks!
This workshop will introduce you into the world of acroyoga through a series of partner warmups and excersises that will build trust and coordination between the two of you. When we're nice and warm we'll start on a specially tailored flow to allow both of you to shine! Finally we will close off the whole experience with a partner massage.

This workshop is aimed at beginners, but ultimately this workshop focusses on connection, more than mastering tricks. Flows and tricks can be scaled up and down in difficulty as feels needed. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

FAQ:
-Do I need to be strong/flexible to do this?
Not especially so, no, strength and flexibility naturally develops during this practice, technique is much more important than strength and it's a core focus of how we teach.
-Do I need to bring a partner to be able to participate?
Yes, in this particular workshop you need to bring your own partner.
-Do I need prior experience to join these classes?
No, we will build up the workshop slowly so all levels can participate.
-What do I need to bring to class?
A yogamat and preferably tight pants. For the upper body either formfitting clothing or something you can easily tuck into your pants. Loose fabrics tend to become a blindfold or get feet tangled up in them. Bringing a bottle of water and a light snack for after class is also highly recommended.
