Acroyoga Fundamentals

Over dit evenement

For our second workshop in this series we are going to be focusing on fundemental techniques in acroyoga to lay a strong foundation for your further practice and our following workshops and classes.

To do this we will be teaching two standard flows, namely the 4-Step and the Ninja-star, and in these flows we will be focussing on core elements of acroyoga.
As a base, focusing on "bonestacking" and understanding what it means to "be in your line".
As a flyer we will be focusing on how to move on and with your base. Meaning slow movements while being centered above your base, and understanding how to adjust your balance to be centered.

Most importantly we will be putting significant focus on spotting and how to do this effectively, as this will ensure you can train and play without getting injured, as well as being able to make the difference between a skill succeeding or failing!
