If I would just have the words.... In a nutshell I would probably tell that this togetherness of men and/or humans under the guidance of these men capable with so much love, honour, honesty and vision ment so much to me on my journey. My journey towards finding my whole self. They will intend to guide and respect you to the bone and every fibre, alongside with their body- and breathwork practices quit literally.

So greatfull, that I've been able to meet myself deeper than maybe ever before (?), being able to feel all of you guys in myself, and being able to let you guys feel me.

Good luck with staying humble, and loving, as you are.

It was a beautiful experience, the retraite was held on a stunning location with lovely people. Crue Jerry and Mark really know what they are doing and were able create a save environment.

Wat een heerlijke middag heb ik gehad! Crue en Eline zorgen voor een fijne open sfeer waar je je snel welkom voelt. Ik heb heerlijk gelachen en voelde mij veel lichter nadien. Ik ga het spelen meer meenemen in mijn dagelijkse leven. Dankjewel <3

This was such a fun, refreshing and rejuvenating workshop/ afternoon. I am so glad I joined and so grateful to the facilitators as well as all the participants to create a safe space to explore and be fully authentic.. to laugh and run and dance and be silly. Long live playfulness! Hope to have another opportunity for this kind of event again. :)

I recently participated in a workshop on inner child healing led by two delightful hosts. It was a blast! Their approach was all about fun and playfulness, and it was exactly what I needed.

Through a series of enjoyable activities and games, they helped us tap into our inner child and let loose. The hosts created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable expressing themselves and just having a good time.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience filled with laughter and positive energy. I highly recommend their workshops for anyone looking to reconnect with their inner child and have some fun along the way!

In one word: magical. These three heroes are perfectly complementary to each other. They provide wisdom, depth, joy, save space, musicality, professionalism and so much more. They succeeded in facilitating transformations on multiple levels for all of the participants. I can highly recommend this retreat to every man that wants to get to know himself better and become a better person.

It was a great experience. Crue is a nice host and creates a safe space where you can share what is needed. The breathwork is lovely with the amazing sounds of the handpan and drums.
Really gratefull for his work. I can recommand this to any man.

Ik vond het een bijzondere ervaring! Het heeft me weer vertrouwen in de mens laten voelen en ik ben dichter bij mezelf gekomen. Verder vond ik het ook supertof dat er veel aandacht aan me besteed werd toen ik mijn traumatische ervaringen deelde. Hier hebben ze me zeker in geholpen om het een plekje te geven.

Very nice experience. In a laid back setting Crue, Felix and Jerry guide you trough some "simple" but profound practices that give you deep insights in yourself as a person and at the world around you. A combination of breath work, physical exercises, humor and sharing practices. I definitely left lighter, more energized and with a feeling of self esteem and belonging. Highly recommend this workshop!

Great event with verry skilled instructors. High level of integrity and a wonderful mixture of activity and reflection. Will return for sure.

Mooie ervaring! Goed in elkaar gezet! Ruimte voor kwetsbaarheden en ook 'doen' activiteiten komen erin voor zodat je goed in je lijf komt. Een aanrader als je als man wil connecten vanuit kwetsbaarheid en ook kracht en de strijder in je naar boven wilt laten komen. Het was wel een grote mannen cirkel. +/- 20 man. Ook 3 coaches erbij dus het zijn veel mensen bij elkaar. De vibe was goed en nogmaals goed doordacht in elkaar gezet. Chapeau! 👋 Dit is pas een mannen vibe!
