It was an amazing workshop. Anita is an incredible facilitator - very authentic en embodied in what she teaches and shares. I also really appreciated the more subtle things which showed they put a lot of love and care into the event, like the music, the snacks and tea they prepared.

If you love to let go of fixed structures and see what will unfold this is for you. It felt like as a group we moved through an arc, finding our voices, creating sounds, listening… it was wonderful to witness how Anita invited the participants to step into expression, and held space for the feelings (like fear or shame or internal judgement) that need to be felt through in getting there. At the end it felt like a community of people that long knew each other. A bass, a piano, voices and playing with impulses.

Ecstatic Soul voice improvisation workshop was an incredible experience! I would really recommend it to anyone wanting to express themselves through singing voice but feel shy or judgemental about themselves. It's the greatest opportunity to let yourself go, play, explore with beautiful people!!

I have been going to similar events like this for more than 10 years and this was one of my favorites! Felt really safe and welcoming to be just as I am. Highly recommended!
