Ecstatic Soul — Voice Liberation

Over dit evenement

You are invited into a day of full-bodied, soulful realness through the voice.

Ecstatic Soul is a place to be met in your deep desire to be fully alive and beautifully expressed. It's a guided practice of freeing your voice, your expression, and your relationship to being seen, heard and felt.

We work with voice, sound, movement, improvisation, the microphone and the group field to explore something much truer than performance.

This is for you if you want to

- Embody deeper states of raw truth and powerful presence
- Feel held by life and safer to take creative risks
- Access flow states through spontaneous, improvised expression
- Open to states of reverence, beauty, surrender, flow and awe
- Experience profound states of resonance, harmony and group coherence

This is a space to meet yourself more honestly — your fear, your power, your tenderness, your aliveness — and to let it move through your voice and body without editing it down.

The musical journey is completely improvised, facilitated by live musicians, ALPHAMAMA & Lito Mabjaia. Think of it as a hybrid between 5 Rhythms (without a DJ), Kirtan (without the mantras) and... a Fight Club for your soul.

What you can expect:

- A full day of guided exploration including voice work, improvisation, witnessing, and group practice.
- Singing, harmonising, listening.
- Expertly attuned facilitation by ALPHAMAMA and Lito Mabjaia.
- Opportunities for live coaching and direct support.
- Ceremonial magic and transformational ritual.
- A musical adventure into the unknown with brave and curious humans.
- Snacks and tea

Come as you are. No preparation needed.
