Her Sacred Rhythm

Ayu is a wonderful facilitator with a very clam, safe , and loving energy. Her sessions are very personal and thoughtful. I am again and again surprised how well it works as a online session. Thank you Ayu, until the next time

Hele fijne middag gehad. ❤️

Ayu's women's circle feels like a warm bath in which to truely slow down and be professionally guided in a unique experience. She creates a calming space and prepares a variety of activities, from meditation and journaling, to teaching her knowledge and providing creative workshops. Ayu smoothly balances casual moments in the group and deep individual journeys. Taking part in the circle helps you reflect, share, learn and be creative too! You need no prior experience, just an open mind, and you'll find yourself looking forward to the next gathering
