Hey lovely human :)

My name is Senna and I’m an art therapist, adventurer, artist, connector, and probably many more things because after all, we are human beings and impossible to describe in just a few words.

I love creating gentle gatherings where authentic connection with yourself and others is at the center. Through my life experience as a traveler, my education, and my experiences within tantra and sex-positive spaces, I feel deeply called to share some of the tools that support me in my own daily life.

I personally so often struggle with the speed and pressure of modern society. The expectation to always be “on,” to be successful, productive, and to continuously give yourself away to others. This led me to create a foundation within myself where I could slow down, rest, and live more from my own rhythm, dreams, and joy.

I do this through writing, creative expression, and body-based practices.
