Isabella Pilou Yoga

Isabella is een hele fijne begeleider met een goede energie. Hierdoor voel je je op je gemak en volledig veilig. Deze ceremony raad ik iedereen aan met en zonder ervaring. De sounds die worden gebruikt brengen je naar een die laag van ontspanning, waar zelfs de mensen die niet kunnen ontspannen zullen komen door de goede begeleiding van Isabella.

Hele fijne ceremonie. Ik had een aantal hele turbulente weken achter de rug en deze ceremonie gaf me echt even de tijd en ruimte om weer tot jezelf te komen. De opbouw was heel fijn, waardoor ik echt even kon aarden en begeleiding van Isabella is echt goud. Haar stem is prachtig en de sound healing was echt magisch. Enorme aanrader!

I cannot speak highly enough of this cacao and sound ceremony.

The women’s circle itself was nothing short of beautiful. There is something profoundly powerful about gathering in a circle with other women: feeling of being truly seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. The space held by Isabella was safe, inclusive, and deeply nourishing.

I left the ceremony with a full heart, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of connection, to myself and to other women. This is the kind of gathering our modern world desperately needs. I will absolutely be returning, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to any woman seeking rest, community, and a little soul medicine.

A beautiful cacao ceremony which created a safe space to be open and receive kindness and support from those women around the altar with you. Isabelle is as always a strong beautiful host of the event. I will attend again.

Zo fijne middag gehad! Ik voelde me echt gedragen door Isabella en Rachelle. Het is zo fijn om een moment voor jezelf te nemen en vervolgens in een warm bad terecht te komen :)

This women circle was really what I needed: a supportive space for sharing and healing together. Isabella and Rachelle are able to listen and to be there for you with a soft and warm presence, able to create a sense of safety. I really suggest to join these events!

Ik heb een ontzettend mooie en fijne ervaring gehad bij de cacao ceremonie van Isabella. De ceremonie werd gehouden in een prachtige traditionele yurt tent, wat zorgde voor de perfecte setting.

De ceremonie zelf was rustig, licht en liefdevol. Er was ruimte om verhalen te delen met elkaar en dit voelde erg veilig. Isabella heeft van begin tot eind voor een fijne ceremonie gezorgd, waarbij het loslaten van dingen die je niet meer nodig had centraal stond. Erg waardevol.

Super fijne cacao chermonie heel coosie in hurt het regende en stormde maar was met klein groepje je voelt je heel veilig met elkaar en het is fijn om dingen te delen met elkaar ik heb voor dec weer ingeschreven wordt dan me 4 de keer isabela is super altijd als je cacao chermonie heeft bereid ze alles goed voor home cake leuk kaarsje of zeepje zelf gemaakt echt super fijn allemaal

Hele mooie ceremonie, Isabelle en de andere meiden zorgde voor een hele open en veilige sfeer. De tikkende regen op de Yurt was magisch.

It is always so lovely to attend Isabella's ceremony. Every time I feel calm, connected and refreshed. This ceremony was combined with cacao, and it worked very well with the yin, nidra and sound healing. Isabella's ceremonies are truly a gift to yourself! I am looking forward to join again <3

What a nurturing and gentle afternoon guided by Isabella. She has such a warm and loving presence and really feels what the group needs. Isabella is a wonderful spaceholder and teacher! <3

Spending a truely soul charging afternoon with Isabella and the ladies of the "Women's Circle" event is exactly what I needed. Isabella is amazing to combine the different areas of her knowledge to create her own holistic style of teaching. I love being reminded to try to live a bit more in harmony with the seasons, and dare to be a bit more gentle to ourselves and others with giving space to feminine energies in this rushing "masculine world". The yin yoga poses, the beautiful yoga nidra, the holding space, the beautiful sound bath, and the creative exercise made us feel safe to be our authentic selves and to connect to each other. I am very grateful to Isabella for putting so much love into this event! Thank you! (L) See you next time! :)
