Deep Reset: Cacao & Sound Ceremony

Over dit evenement

After all the ADE festivities, join us for a 2.5-hour selfcare moment to rest and restore.

We begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao from Nicaragua by Pure Kakaw. This gentle plant medicine invites you to open the heart and turn your attention inward.

Then sound therapists Isabella and Csenge guide you through an immersive sound journey. The room comes alive with our collection of instruments; from the delicate tones of crystal bowls to the deep resonance of 4 Grotta Sonora gongs. Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks are placed directly on the body, offering a glimpse into the feeling of a 1:1 session.

The experience takes place at The White Door Studio. A serene yoga studio with high ceilings that let the sound resonate beautifully throughout the room.

We end with some homemade snacks and tea. A moment to nourish, draw an oracle card and connect with each other. Plus there will be a goodie bag filled with some thoughtful gifts to take home.

A Sunday reset ritual to leave you feeling grounded and ready for the week ahead.

- Info Cacao -
Ceremonial cacao is gentle, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardio-vascular conditions, take antidepressants (especially MAOI’s & SSRI’s), or are sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine, cacao is not always recommended. It is possible to lower the dosage or choose an alternative such as rose tea. If you have questions, feel free to reach out; for medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
