Over dit evenement
An intentional afternoon to turn inwards, listen deeply, nourish your spirit, and honour the new moon.
This afternoon retreat blends the powerful ritual of cacao, gentle breath work, and the restorative tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle ~ a sacred pause and invitation to turn inward, listen deeply, and plant new seeds. Guided by the grounded and healing energy of Virgo, this is a time to reconnect with what truly nourishes you, create space for clarity, and return to the wisdom of your body.
Through the immersive vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, you are invited into a state of deep rest where the nervous system can soften and the mind can settle. In this space of stillness, intentions may arise naturally—not from striving, but from a place of inner alignment.
Virgo reminds us that transformation often begins with small, loving acts of devotion: caring for ourselves, honouring our wellbeing, and listening to the quiet intelligence within.
Come exactly as you are and allow the ritual of cacao, mindful practices, an the healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Sound to support you in resting, receiving, and welcoming a new beginning.
This afternoon will help you to access deeper awareness, expand creative energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gain clarity.
Spots are limited to six to keep it intimate.
