In a world and a society where everything is getting faster, louder and more technically, where comparison leads to severe illness, we need to learn to give ourselves the permission to pause. We need to learn how to reconnect to our true selves, reconnecting to that deeper inner peace we are actually naturally born with. Developing the ability to explore our inner landscape, the space within us while the outer world is still moving on. Learning how to connect to our emotions, being able to feel and to locate our emotions within our physical body, exploring our deepest longings and reconnecting to our intuition, the most excellent guide of life. When we are ready to listen, sound is able to lead us inwards to gain perspective what is moving within us, what is being stuck within and what needs to be released.

Sound is an invitation for everybody to explore connection, healing and transformation.

Once we experienced connection to our inner world we are able to reconnect and to react to the outer world around us with a soft and open heart space and a relaxed yet crystal clear mind. We are building community where we feel seen, heard, appreciated and safe.

Lydia’s mission is to guide and accompany people to connect to their true nature while they are not only experiencing deep, conscious rest but also allowing themselves to relax into their emotional world through sound healing. Creating a safe space and a spiritual container where people can lay down all their burdens and where they are welcome to come and join as pure and already perfect as they are. Guiding them to find their truest purpose in life while they are feeling carried and held by the healing beauty of sound and the power of community knowing that we are not alone.
