This series of Sunday morning workshops gets us in touch with our own energies and gives us space to share some Shiatsu. Connected to the seasons, climate and the turning of the Earth - tune in and adapt to the larger energies.

July is focused on how to harness our Fire energies and shine! Staying cool when the heat is on! And recharge our energies at this most yang aspect of the year.

The workshop is taught by Debbie Collins, Shiatsu teacher and practitioner with over 30 year of energy work experience.
