Soil to Soul - A journey by the Handpanthers

Over dit evenement

As we just entered Spring, the energy around us begins to shift; Days are becoming longer, the Sun has returned and nature starts to awaken again. It’s a time that naturally invites growth, renewal and new beginnings🌱

On Saturday, the 4th of April, we invite you to our very first edition of Soil to Soul!

This is an invitation to move with that natural rhythm. To slow down, to land in the body and reconnect with what is ready to grow within. We combine breath, sound, movement and music to create space for presence within your body and soul.

We will start with an opening circle with tea and intention; A moment to arrive together and tune into what wants to grow. Here, you are invited to plant your seeds into the soil, giving shape to an intention; Something you want to grow, shift or nourish.

From there, the journey unfolds. Through breathwork, we guide the body into a state where tension can release and the mind can begin to settle, allowing for more clarity and awareness. A deep handpan sound journey with live instruments, vibration and guided meditation follows to root the intention deep into the ground; Creating a space where the body can receive, restore and drop deeper into stillness.

Next, we will start to emerge with mantras, where your voice is invited to help move energy and connect the inner experience with expression.

As the body begins to open, we move into gentle, playful movement, supporting flow, circulation and a sense of lightness. From there, the space expands into an ecstatic dance. A place where movement becomes intuitive and the body can respond freely to rhythm and sound.

We close the evening by coming back together, allowing everything to settle and integrate. The seeds you planted come with you, as a small reminder that what we give attention to can grow. 🌱

This first gathering marks the beginning of Soil to Soul. Each edition will explore a different theme, moving with the natural cycles of growth and change.
