The Practitioner's Circle

Those who hold space need spaces to be held too.

The Practitioner's Circle is a gathering for healers, facilitators, coaches, therapists, guides, teachers, and wellbeing practitioners seeking meaningful connection with others walking a similar path.

Many of us spend our days supporting, listening, guiding, and caring for others. This circle offers an opportunity to step out of the role of practitioner and into the experience of simply being human together.

There is no pressure to network, perform, or have all the answers. Just an invitation to arrive as you are.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or at the beginning of your journey, you are warmly welcome.

The Evening Flow

18:45 — Welcome
Arrive, settle, and land softly into the space

19:00 — Circle Opens
Grounding, intention setting, and opening the Sanctuary container

19:15 — Guided Practices
Meditation, embodiment, movement, reflection, and nervous system support

20:30 — Sharing
Optional reflection and witnessing within the circle

21:00 — Circle Closes
Integration and gentle closing

I create spaces for women to reconnect to themselves through softness, embodiment, emotional honesty, and sensory presence. With a background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and leadership, I hold gentle but grounding containers that support nervous system regulation, emotional connection, and inner reconnection.

The Sanctuary was born from a deep belief that beauty, togetherness, and presence can help us remember who we truly are.
