An immersive experience of movement, visualisation, sound, connection, and community.

Join us on Sunday November 22nd in Amsterdam for a special seasonal gathering of The Sanctuary community.

Through guided practices and collective experience, we create a warm and nurturing space where people can soften, release, and return to themselves.

What to Expect

The evening unfolds as a full immersive journey designed to move through the body, emotions, and senses.

Together we will experience:

Opening grounding ritual
Visualisation
Guided somatic movement
Sound healing
Community connection and integration

You will be supported throughout the evening by experienced space holders creating a safe, welcoming and beautiful environment.

For those who wish, there will be the option to take a light plant medicine microdose at the beginning of the evening. This is entirely optional and always offered with care and respect for individual choice.

Closing & Integration

After the guided experience we transition into a relaxed closing where tea and grounding snacks will be served.

This event is for people who:

• Are curious about embodiment and somatic practices
• Want to experience deeper connection with others
• Feel called to explore their emotional and sensual aliveness

No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

About The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a growing community for women in Amsterdam, creating space to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to themselves. Through intimate circles, journeys, retreats and immersive experiences, we invite women to slow down, listen more closely, connect and strengthen the relationship they have with themselves, creating space for more of who they are in their lives.
