Over dit evenement
Dear woman,
Are you longing for a true self-care moment for just you, to rest deeply, and embrace yourself in a loving community of women? Then this Winter Women's Ceremony is for you!
Sometimes it can feel a bit uneasy to truly rest in winter. Without realizing it, we often feel pressured by society to stay productive, and restlessness can creep in when we take a break. Yet naturally, it is in our nature to slow down and hibernate during this season.
This Women's Ceremony will guide you back to your core, to your authentic self that is within where you will find alignment with this season and deep rest.
In this special Winter Women's Ceremony, Rachelle, certified Yoga teacher, Cacao facilitator and Reiki practitioner, and Isabella, certified Yoga teacher, Cacao facilitator and Sound Healer, will guide you into a journey of deep rest and connection to yourself by ceremonial Cacao, Restorative Yoga, Reiki and a Sound Bath.
Expect an afternoon full of coziness, connection, lovely snacks and a little gift from us. We can't wait to welcome you and guide you into a deep state of relaxation!
