Women's Cacao & Sound Ceremony - Mid Winter

Dear woman,

During this Cacao & Sound Ceremony we gather in the middle of Winter in the beautiful shala of Yoga studio Bluebirds West, during Imbolc, to feel and experience where we can make more space for ourselves to truly hibernate. During my ceremonies we start with a Cacao Ceremony, we open the space for sharing and journaling and I guide you into a deep state of rest by Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath for you to connect to your intuition, so you can tune in to what you truly need in this part of the season.

Practical information:

- The ceremony starts at 12:00, but I recommend to be there at 11:45 so that you have space to settle in and arrive
- The studio provides yoga mats, blankets, pillows, blocks and eyepillows
- The ceremony includes ceremonial cacao, tea, snacks and a little gift
- It is optional to bring something to place at the altar, maybe something that aligns with you at that moment or with the season we are in
- Please make sure to bring a journal and a pen

How to prepare for the Cacao Ceremony:

- Please do not drink any coffee on the day of the ceremony. If you notice you really do not feel good by not drinking coffee, you can drink a cup in the morning
- Please do not consume any alcohol or drugs the day before and the day of the ceremony
- Please have a light breakfast, so the cacao can have it's best effect

Contra indications:

However cacao is a safe and gentle plant medicine, I recommend to not come to the ceremony if you:
- Take anti-depressants
- Are pregnant
- Have cardio-vascular issues
