Join us for a deep exploration into the theory, physiology and transformative potential of breath. This peak experience will not only help you understand your own needs more clearly but also expand your informal breathwork practice-helping you breathe better, feel more energized, and live a happier, more productive life
In this three-hour workshop we will be working with our breath along with live music, and we'll discover new ways to expand our range of internal balance and safety. You'll learn practical exercises and techniques that you can integrate into daily life, empowering you to respond more effectively to the unique demands of each day.
We'll also explore the edges of our peak experiences and learn how to approach them using what we call the 'minimum effective dose'
Sure, everyone knows how to breathe-and we hope you've been doing it all your life! But what we can refine are the mechanics of breathing, allowing for a more effortless breath that in turn supports increased bioelectric energy (ATP, for the curious minds) This energy plays a crucial role in nearly every biological process: from digestion, to muscle function, to mental clarity and focus
