OERSTROOM ~ winterwende vrouwencirkel // PRIMAL FORCE women’s circle

Over dit evenement

*scroll down for English

• Stembevrijding
• Shaking en vrijgeven van beweging
• Vuurritueel

PRIMAL FORCE - WOMEN'S CIRCLE

On the shortest and darkest day of the year, we'd love to invite you into our womenscircle for an inner journey and exploration. We will offer embodiment practices to help you drop deeper into your body, and to connect to your own, unique Primal Force.

Together we plant a seed in the fertile darkness of your own being and the earth, for that which wants to be birthed through you when the light returns in more strength. An opportunity to welcome and embrace that which wants to surface from the depth on this pivotal point in time, emerging towards the light.

During this gathering we will work with the following practices:

• Awakening our sensual flow through breathwork
• Voice liberation
• Shaking and movement practices
• Fire ritual

ABOUT THE CIRCLE KEEPERS:

Zoë en Sophia are both highly experienced in guiding women through their transformational journeys. Zoë works primarily as a Birthkeeper, and Sophia as a Tantric Therapist and mentor for women. Alongside their 1-1 sessions they regularly host groupwork like workshops, retreats and circles.
