ARE YOU READY TO HAVE A DANCE WITH YOUR OWN SHADOW?

This is a special workshop for everybody, containing deep inner exploration of different energies that we can tap into.

EMBODIMENT, POLARITY & SHADOW WORK

What is Feminine?
What is Masculine?

How do these polar-opposite energies feel inside your body?
(No matter your gender, we all have both of them in us!)

ONCE HAVE EXPLORED THAT, THIS WORKSHOP WILL TAKE YOU SEVERAL STEPS FURTHER!!!

Generalizing and putting those two in a box is problematic. Because they both come in several nuances, flavors and 'stages' as described in work of David Deida. We will not be theoretically talking about them too much, but rather doing our own research with our own bodies. This is not about excluding parts of us, but rather including them and getting to know all of them, especially the challenging ones.

What if we don't do our shadow work?
The shadows do not like to be hidden away.
The shadows will lash out and 'come out sideways' in moments of stress/crisis and it is not going to be pretty.
This workshop is for the courageous ones, who are ready to have a dance with their own shadows.
You can choose to consciously get familiar, so you can notice when they try to take over and also learn how to recognize these energies in other people.

EACH OF THE STAGES OF FEMININE & MASCULINE HAVE THEIR 'LIGHT' AND 'SHADOW' SIDE.
What is the shadow side?
THAT WHICH IS NOT GIFTING IT'S UNIQUE GIFT, BUT RATHER: 'GIVING TO GET'.
IT IS USING IT'S UNIQUE POWERS FOR THEIR OWN SECRET AGENDA.
(Think of: validation, attention, finances, benefits, peace, access)

Making the unconscious conscious:
- How do these shadow parts feel in your body?
- Do you feel resistance or judgement when stepping in any of them?
- Are there stages that feel like 'home', a state from which you navigate most of the time?
- Which stages feel powerful... maybe overpowering?
- Which stages feel more fair, but lack attraction (polarity)?

EXPERIENCE WHAT IT FEELS LIKE, TO BE ABLE SWITCH BETWEEN DIFFERENT TYPES OF FEMININE AND MASCULINE ENERGIES AND HOW THEY RELATE TO EACH OTHER WHEN IT COMES TO POLARITY.
