Are you ready to transform your spiritual practice to a deeper level? On this journey, you step into the role of a pilgrim, following the path where great saints and yogis have gone before us. You meditate in temples and participate in kirtans and ancient rituals; visit sages and sadhus and study the science of the soul. This can lead to a profound transformation in life if there is a willingness to release old conditionings and opening to the deep wisdom that mother India has to offer.

We will visit Rishikesh and Vrindavan. We focus on a practice that we can take back home with us and apply in our everyday lives. Allowing the transformative potential of yoga to manifest. To this end, we take a deep dive into the five foundations of Bhakti Yoga; Sacred space, Sacred sound, Sacred sanga, Sacred study and Sacred worship.

Day 2: Train to Rishikesh. Sacred Space.
SANGA: The deeper meaning of sacred places. What is Sacred?

Night puja in Haridvar
Night train to Mathura.

Dag 6: Vrindavan: Sacred Worship/ Sacred Space
SANGA: meaning of Vrindavan as holy place, meaning of Avatar and Murti Seva.

18 March
Day 7: Vrindavan Sacred worship/ Sacred study.

19 March
Day 8: Vrindavan/ Radha Kund. Sacred Worship/ Sacred sanga.

20 March
Day 9: Radha Kund: Sacred Space/ Sacred Worship/ Savred Sanga.
SANGA: Sacred sound in de bhakti traditie. Betekenis van mantras.

Day 10: Radha Kund
5.00 Meditation at Radha Kund, and parikram; pilgrimage around Vrindavan
