Find Your Balance with Sound Sanctuary & Happy Tea

Join us for a transformative 1.5-hour experience designed to reconnect you with yourself in a space of tranquility and healing. In collaboration with Sound Sanctuary, we’re creating an intimate evening for 16 participants, blending the power of sound therapy, adaptogenic teas from Happy Tea, and the gentle benefits of microdosing (optional).

Guided by Sound Sanctuary’s expertise in immersive soundscapes, this session will help you access deeper states of relaxation and clarity, promoting balance and self-connection. Combined with Happy Tea’s functional blends, you’ll experience the synergy of adaptogens and sound, fostering a holistic reset of mind and body.

Just like a gym routine builds physical strength, sound meditation trains the mind for focus and clarity, reducing stress and promoting relaxation that can enhance physical well-being. In this small, safe gathering, whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, you'll receive personal attention and experience a deeper connection, helping you unwind from the week.

19:30: Welcome introduction & tea serving
20:00: Session starts
20:45: Sharing and discussion

The session will be held in English. Everyone will have a mattress and an eye mask to be fully immersed in the experience.
