Half day retreat Soulful sips

Over dit evenement

Hi there,

We are so excited to be hosting our first event together here in Utrecht, at bbb health boutique on the 30th of November.

Join us for an afternoon of breathwork, yoga, cacao & journaling as we journey inwards, taking time to reconnect to ourselves and others. We will take time to nourish ourselves from the inside out, from gentle breathwork, different yoga practices, to a heart opening cacao ceremony... we promise you a half day of utter bliss :-) Plus lovely goodie bags from some of our sponsors, including Zepig, Cultcha kombucha, bbb health boutique, and more!

To get an idea of how the half day will look like...

14:15: Arrive & get settled in
14:30: Introduction from Nikki & Méabh, followed by some gentle breathwork
15:00-16:15: Dynamic vinyasa flow
16:15-16:30: tea break, getting to know others in the group
16:30-18:00: Cacao & yin ceremony
18:00-18:30: Journaling and reflection time, with some tea & snacks, closing off the half day retreat

We are so looking forward to this afternoon and hope that you can join us <3

Lots of love,
Méabh & Nikki
