Around the world singing circle - w/ Cacao & Blue Lotus

We welcome you to a journey into music, from all corners of the world. Our intention is to connect with our inner singer, the hummingbird that lives in our hearts, who’s longing is to sing the song of its soul.

We start the evening by having a cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao in the ancient language of the Mayans was called the food of the gods because of its heart opening qualities.

In an ancient mayan prophecy it is said that when the gap between the Humans and nature becomes too wide, then the cacao bean will spread around the globe and bring harmony & order back to the earth, this is exactly what has happened in recent times so we see the cacao ceremony as a chance to celebrate life and natural order is being brought back to us.

As we enjoy the sacred medicine of Cacao we get a chance to connect with our intentions & our hearts.

Then we start by opening our voices together, warming up our instruments before going on a journey around the world, where we will be playing different songs to invoke different aspects of healing. We will connect to the Amazon forest to The pyramids of Giza and the temples of India along with more modern songs of the rainbow family, through music and vibration.

At the end of the evening we will share some Blue Lotus tea and go into a guided sound journey. Blue Lotus is a beautiful flower orginally used in ceremonial way in Ancient Egypt. It's qualities open you up to the subtle realms and invoke more clairty of dreams and visions.
The prophecy says that when the Blue Lotus flower returns to bloom and spreads across The Nile in Egypt, there will be a rise of a new consciousness rooted in the purity of the heart.

is a musician & healer from Iceland.
He is inspired by ancient traditions and works with music as a healing tool in his ceremonies.

He weaves together wisdom from all corners of the world to find the unified thread of wisdom that connects all the paths.

Styrmir leads men's retreats & song circles in Iceland where he is based most of the time.

Sophia Francis

loves to create safe, connective and sacred spaces for people to come home in the truth of their hearts, the purity of their lifeforce energy and the wisdom of their bodies.
One of the things she loves is connecting with others through singing and intuitive sounding.
She also offers therapeutic tantric bodywork, pelvic release sessions and mentorships in the Netherlands, as well as transformational retreats in Egypt.
