Shadow Work Experience: Journey Into Self

This beginner friendly workshop will introduce Shadow work; a spiritual and psychological practice of bringing your unconscious contents into consciousness.

This powerful workshop is for anyone who is struggling to self-love, feel worthy and connect deeply to themselves. Shadow work is a way of transforming hidden, repressed or exiled parts of your character with compassion and understanding. It is one of the single most powerful tools for deep subconscious healing. Jerry is a professional breathwork instructor with The Breathwork Masterclass and a trained shadow work facilitator who uses emergent circle spaces to help participants explore new energetic ranges. Jerry will be leading facilitated processes that allow individuals to explore difficult behavior patterns, unlocking hidden gifts and developing self-mastery. This setting allows people to explore and evolve themselves safely, on their own terms and without pressure. The session will include both theory and practices to help you uncover your inner gold in a safe container.

If you decide to join, please arrive by 17:45 at Mika Cafe with a notebook, pen and the following "homework" completed:

1. Write a list of characteristics or qualities that people have that annoy you or trigger you.
Example:
-Take up a lot of space
-Bossy
-Confrontational
-Agressive
-Needy

2. Imagine someone that you envy: Someone who has qualities that you want but you don't have. Think of people that you admire or who inspire you. Write a list of the qualities or characteristics these people have.
Example:
-Good communicator
-Sexually expressive
-Brave
-Beautiful
- Organized
