Men's Work Workshop with Jerry Mattox, Co-Founder of "Reclaiming the Masculine"

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore what it means to be a man in today's world through engaging in activities designed to foster emotional awareness, personal development, and social responsibility. Men's work provides a supportive space for men to explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper sense of community. During this workshop, Jerry will guide us through embodied practices and sharing sessions that facilitate deep personal insight and connection. Expect guided exercises to connect with your physical self and emotions, open discussions for sharing experiences, and group activities to build trust and camaraderie. Jerry is a professional breathwork instructor with the Breathwork masterclass and a trained shadow work facilitator who uses emergent circle spaces to help participants explore new energetic ranges. A wide range of practices will be explored during these sessions. Whether you are new to men's work or experienced, this workshop promises valuable insights and meaningful connections. Join us with an open mind and willingness to engage deeply with yourself and other men.
