Yoga Outdoors

Over dit evenement

Are you in Eindhoven or area during the month of July and wanting to experience yoga while connecting with nature? Dayal Yoga offers a Kundalini & Yin Flow 3 Saturdays in a row. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness where we find the balance between body, mind and soul. We use breathing techniques, mantras and active exercises. Yin yoga help us to stress the body out, works and the fascia, the muscles and joints. I call it the physical therapy of the yoga ;-) Kundalini & Yin Flow is a mix of both! Are you feeling the call to explore more?

Join us for 3 times yoga outdoors on the 13th, 20th and 27th of July at the Philips de Jongh Park in Eindhoven. The lesson starts at 10:45 and we stop at 12:00. Whenever it is raining we are going inside to our studio at the Douglashout, near by. For this lesson you need to bring your own material: yoga mat, blanket, cushion, block and bottle of water. We meet at 10:35 at the Parkpaviljoen cafe. You can park there for free.

Invite a friend and join us 3 times for € 44.

See you there,
Doriana
