Nourished

Over dit evenement

Our lives demand a lot from us.
We have normalized going through our days giving our energy and attention to everyone and everything and very little feeding us back.

You are invited to an experience of deep replenishment. We will tend to the body, mind, heart, and soul - in this incredible garden that radiates beauty, nourishment, and delight.

You will be recharged by your presence, the group, the practices, and the land.

Together we will cultivate the energy of CARE through:
- BSMT: Breath. Sound. Movement. Touch.
- Intuitive art expression: Art for non-artists, child-like play.
- Sharing Circles: Moments to witness and be witnessed.
- Space & Silence: Time to be, to integrate, and enjoy the garden.

This experience will offer you the space to release a lot of the tension you’ve been carrying alone and the opportunity to remember what it feels like to be held.

The retreat includes:
- A nourishing vegetarian lunch from the garden to the table
- Coffee and tea
- Art supplies
- Parking
- Optional: if you are coming by train, there will be a ride from the station to the garden.

Please bring:
- Comfy clothes
- A yoga mat or picnic blanket to sit outside
- A journal
- A water bottle
- A blindfold
