The path of yoga is a unique way to connect your mind with your body and get to know yourself better. We are in constant change and the way we see and experience the world evolves with you as you move on forward.

When we practise yoga we stop and observe the mind stories. Your ego is always giving an opinion about everything you do also during the lessons. The great thing is that because we know this we can step out of the mind thanks to the conscious breath we practise during the lessons.

Restorative yoga is mindful. You stay in a posture for up to 15 minutes, therefore you have time enough to observe the mind. This can feel uncomfortable. You might want to run away from yourself or stop and be with your body and mind as it is, accepting.
