Join me on this transformational journey to align with unconditional love, in the safe space of sisterhood.

After years of working as a psychologist, teacher and trainer, and more importantly being a student of life, I have combined the best parts of my knowledge and (personal) experience in this journey, which I share with you from the heart.

In this program, together with an intimate group of max. 8 women, you step into a container of 88 days, a timeframe of commitment to the process.

Within this time period there are 8 deepdive sessions, of which:
🤍5 group sessions in the form of a women’s circle, with each session focusing on one of the following five themes:
Eye Am Innocent (feb. 8th)
Eye Am Whole
Eye Am You
Eye Am Powerful
Eye Am Wild
In these circles we dive into the theme through content, exercises, rituals and sharings.

🤍All themes are elaborated in and supported by a guide I created with love. More than 100 pages in which I have bundled the most beautiful inspiration in the form of information, exercises, tools, poems, and more, to support and inspire you on your personal journey

🤍3 sessions are individual, at the start, middle and end of the 88 day journey. With me, a licensed psychologist. In those sessions I am there to guide you more deeply in themes that are present in your life, and to connect to your needs. I am also there for support in between. My psychological approach is a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems (often known as 'Parts Work').

🤍We conclude the program with a heart-warming cacao ceremony.

The journey will start on Thursday evening February 8th with the first deepdive. Other deepdives will be on Wednesday evenings, spread out over the 88 day period. We will energetically end our 88 day container at the beautiful moment of liberation day, 5th of may.
