After ADE come down with Cacao | FULL MOON EDITION

Over dit evenement

Hello again!

After an incredible magical night in September, we are so happy to let you know that there's a new session on the schedule; The after ADE come down with cacao

Feeling tired, exhausted or perhaps a touch unsettled after ADE?
Don't worry, the Conscious Cousins are here for you.

Join us for a night focused on inner work, letting go and unwinding. We'll introduce you to the wonderful world of cacao and help you reconnect with your body.

Here's what you can look forward to:

- Grounding meditation
- Cacao Blessing
- Breathwork
- Dance
- Gentle yin practice with soothing sounds

This session is great for beginners. With plenty of events such as the "Hunter Full Moon" and Samhain (the Celtic New Year), there is a lot of mystic energy around these dates which will bring us together.
Let us lead you on a journey inward to find that inner calm.
