Kirtan @ Svaha Yoga Noord

Over dit evenement

Please join us this coming Saturday the 26th of September at Svaha Yoga Noord for an uplifting afternoon of Kirtan!

Take a moment to set your intentions and connect with yourself and others through the transformative power of mantra singing. In this special afternoon, we’ll come together to create a space of joy, harmony, and deep connection.
Mantra singing is more than just music – it’s a way to open your heart, calm your mind, and elevate your spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or completely new to this practice, you’ll feel the energy of the group carry you into a state of flow and presence.

✨ What to Expect:
• A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all voices
• Uplifting live music to accompany the mantras
• Moments of reflection
• Connection with a like-minded community

No singing experience is needed – just bring your voice, your heart, and your willingness to share this beautiful journey.

About:
Marieke, Petra and Stefani have been meeting regularly for years and have since developed their own style of kirtan. This is characterized by a solid rhythm and melodies, which, due to their approachability, invite the audience to sing along, often creating surprising polyphonic harmonies. Drummers Christa and Robert (on tabla) lean a lovely, trance-like quality to the experience.

Come and immerse yourself in sweet sounds and chant the ancient mantra's, the perfect way to transition into the weekend! Hope to see you there!!

No prior registration necessary, just show up at the door.
