Breathwork Experience - PRESENCE -

Over dit evenement

I invite you to join an intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you in an altered state of consciousness. In this alchemical space—where chants, music, and instruments blend together—you are guided into a deeply introspective journey. As you reconnect with your breath and your body, you create space for emotions to surface and for old tension, past experiences, and energetic blockages to release.

During the session we will explore the theme - in presence with the heart — an invitation to breathe from a deeper place, where emotions move more freely, and inner clarity begins to rise. This theme encourages you to let the heart guide your rhythm, allowing what feels heavy to gently dissolve and making room for more softness and more lightness. It’s a soft realignment, where you begin to feel more connected with your needs and your limits.

The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, meditation, an energetic activation and the Breathwork journey itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.

The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.

Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (7 persons max.).
If you have any questions or need anything before the session, feel free to reach out.
After registration, you will be kindly requested to complete a short questionnaire to help ensure a safe and comfortable session for everyone.
