Sound Journey with Horses an Equinox Offering

Over dit evenement

Equinox, we honour the turning of the season... the harvest of the earth at the Ibiza Horse Country Club.

We begin with a gentle welcome & island sun-tea. From a grounded opening, you’ll be guided on a heart-centred journey weaving together sound, somatics, breath, and intuitive connection with the horses.

This seasonal portal invites us to gather what has grown, honour what has been, and gently release what we no longer need to carry. A time to tend to the earth, to give thanks for her abundance, and to return something to the land that holds us.

Together, we’ll create an offering for the land giving back in gratitude for all that she provides, while reflecting on what we too are ready to release.

Spending time with horses offers many therapeutic benefits, especially during seasonal transitions...

+Emotional Renewal, Horses are deeply intuitive and mirror human emotions, helping release what no longer serves and welcoming clarity

+Nervous System Reset. Their calm, grounded presence naturally reduces stress and anxiety

+ Balance & Grounding, horses support physical and emotional equilibrium.
