This intimate experience (for a max of 2 couples) offers you the space to slow down and rediscover each other—so you can leave feeling more alive in yourselves, drawn toward one another, connected to your desires, and carrying a shared compass for the season ahead.

Contemporary life gives us many ways to organise our schedules, raise children, and build careers—yet few structures help us actively nurture our relationship.

This 90-minute gathering invites you to step out of the momentum of daily life and intentionally turn toward each other.

Through guided reflection, conscious communication, a shared Sacred Union Cup ceremony, and inspiring live music, you will:
- Celebrate and honour the season you have shared
- Reconnect with what feels vivid and meaningful between you
- Explore your individual and shared desires
- Choose what you would like to grow together in the coming season
- Learn a meaningful ritual you can return to throughout the year

Held for a maximum of two couples, this is an opportunity to relax, receive, and become the artists of your own relationship.

The Experience
Julia and Prem Deep create a warm and carefully held space where you can meet each other beyond the habits and routines of everyday life.

Gentle guided practices include heart-centred meditation, eye gazing, relationship reflection, conscious communication, voice activation, and tuning into the body.

Together, you will celebrate what you have lived through, express appreciation, and share your desires for the months ahead.

Couples often leave feeling closer, more present with one another, and inspired to continue these practices at home.

The Sacred Union Cup
At the heart of the gathering is the Sacred Union Cup, a handmade ceramic vessel created by artist Julia Mandle.

Designed for two people to drink from together, the cup symbolises two individuals meeting in a shared space of intention, presence, and devotion. Its form has evolved over 15 years and is now used in weddings, anniversaries, commitment ceremonies, and relationship rituals.

You will share a seasonal elixir while toasting the celebrations in your relationship. An ordinary sip becomes a meaningful pause: a moment to acknowledge one another and consciously nourish the love you are creating together.

Live Music
The experience is accompanied by Prem Deep’s live music. He blends meditative acoustic instruments—including shakuhachi and Native American flutes—with subtle electronic soundscapes.

Inspired by years of travel, ocean sailing, and time spent in island communities, his music invites relaxation, presence, and connection.

A Ritual Rooted in the Seasons

The gathering begins in our intimate atelier and temple space, beside the studio where the Sacred Union Cups are created. It extends into our peaceful circular Garden of Life on IJburg, surrounded by nature and flowering trees.

The changing seasons offer a gentle framework for reflection. Like a garden, a relationship needs attention, renewal, and care to flourish.

Julia Mandle and Prem Deep are artists, ritualists, and longtime students of conscious relationship.

Since the beginning of their relationship, they have practised and developed this private seasonal ritual together. It has helped them remain curious, speak honestly about their desires, navigate change, and continue growing in harmony—while keeping their connection vibrant and alive.

For more than a decade, they have explored the practices and ceremonies that help couples reconnect, repair, celebrate, and keep discovering one another through life’s inevitable changes.

During this gathering, they warmly invite you into a ritual that has become a living foundation of their own relationship.
