As we slowly move into the colder, quieter season, nature reminds us that there is beauty in turning inward too.
We Unfold is an invitation to slow down, get curious and reconnect with what is already within you. To gently peel back the layers, let go of what no longer feels aligned and make space for more of who you truly are.
And we believe this process doesn’t have to be heavy. Healing can be joyful, playful and full of curiosity. Through cacao, movement, breath, yin, sound and connection, we create space to explore yourself in a way that feels both grounded and free.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, using it as a moment to soften, arrive and shift our attention from the busy mind back into the heart and body. From there, we move into a slow yin practice, holding poses for longer and allowing ourselves to notice what is present without needing to change it.
As the body softens, we create space for deeper awareness, release and relaxation, guided by sound. A moment to simply be, feel and listen.
Bit by bit, layer by layer, we unfold.
Meet your facilitators
Vicky
I’m Victoria, intuitive massage therapist, singer and facilitator.
Through touch, voice and sound, I create loving spaces where people can slow down, feel and reconnect with the safety of their own bodies.
But don’t expect only silence and serious faces. I bring my warmth, humour and playfulness too. Because coming home to yourself can be deep, but it can also be light, joyful and free.
Samantha
I’m Samantha, holistic therapist, yoga teacher, energy worker and ceremony facilitator.
My work is rooted in the belief that we don’t have to search outside of ourselves for wholeness. There is already so much within us waiting to be felt, explored and remembered.
Through yoga, breath, embodiment, cacao, energy work and sound, I create spaces to slow down, reconnect with your body and become curious about what is moving beneath the surface.
For me, healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be soft, joyful, playful and deeply human. A little movement, a little stillness, a good laugh and a willingness to explore can take us a long way.

After the ceremony, we’ll share space with Shanti Hemp Clothing, a beautiful clothing brand inspired by Peru, working with organic, natural fabrics and consciously made pieces.
