Holistic Breathwork & Sound Journey

Over dit evenement

Step into a sacred space where breath, sound, and vibration merge into one powerful experience of inner exploration and release.

In this immersive 2hour journey, you’ll be guided through conscious breathwork, a deeply embodied practice that opens the doors of perception, softens the mind, and connects you with your inner world. From that place of openness, sound becomes the bridge that carries you deeper into stillness.

Allow yourself to be held by the resonant vibrations of the crystal bowls and the expansive frequencies of the gong, weaving together into an intuitive live soundscape that supports your breath, your process, and your return to presence.

It’s a journey into the layers within, guided by breath, vibration, and deep listening.

What to Expect
- Conscious connected breathwork to awaken your natural healing intelligence
- A meditative soundscape blending crystal bowls, gong and other persussion instruments
- A safe and nurturing environment for release, integration, and renewal
- A closing space for grounding and reflection

Each element — breath, sound, silence — works together to help you relax the nervous system, clear emotional blockages, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
