Soundjourney Go with the flow (ENG)

Over dit evenement

Go with the flow and see where the journey takes you🌊.

Stand still for a moment and regain your balance with this insightful sound journey. Join me on a journey and dream away on the healing power of sound!

I will take you on a visualization where you are carried by the river. Go with the flow! And see where the journey takes you. After the visualization, I will take you on a journey with my gongs, singing bowls, drums, handpan, nada tarangini and other instruments. This will bring you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Blockages are removed and the energy starts to flow again. You reduce stress and/or anxiety, sleep deeper, feel more energetic and get a clearer focus. It can also help with physical pain reduction and the release or processing of emotions.

The harmonious sounds and vibrations help you regain your balance. You not only hear, but you also feel. Experience it. All you have to do is be there and allow yourself this moment. Let the magic happen!✨

After this sound journey, tea and something tasty will be ready for you and you can pick a card.

During this sound journey, you can relax in your own bubble. You will lie on a thick mattress under a blanket and you can come to yourself for a while. Wear comfortable clothes that you can lie in!
