In this feminine-inspired flow, I will gently guide you through a sequence while encouraging you to explore your own expression within each posture. You’ll be invited to move intuitively, with supportive variations offered along the way.

This is a tantra yoga flow, where we work with energy rather than performance. We focus on the subtle flow within the body, the opening of the energy centres (chakras), and the expansion of awareness through the senses rather than withdrawal from them.

This is a space to slow down enough to truly listen.
To your body.
To your breath.
To your inner rhythm.

To meet yourself moment by moment, and allow movement to arise from within rather than be imposed from outside.

Sensuality, in this context, is not about performance, it is about presence.
