Cacao, Breath & Sound Ceremony 🤎
Join us, Samantha & Zoë, for a warm and intimate evening at Atelier Zen, where we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply be.
Together, we’ll guide you through an evening of cacao, breath and sound, each of us bringing our own experience and way of holding space. With two facilitators, there is room for both structure and softness, movement and stillness, grounding and deep inner connection.
We’ll begin with a cup of ceremonial cacao from Peru, taking a moment to arrive, ground and connect with ourselves. From there, we’ll move into guided breathwork, creating space to release, soften and reconnect with what’s within.
We’ll close with a deeply nourishing sound journey, allowing you to surrender into stillness and give your body and nervous system space to rest and integrate.

Holistic coach, yoga teacher, energy worker & ceremonial facilitator
My work is rooted in the belief that we don’t have to search outside of ourselves for wholeness. There is already so much within us waiting to be felt, understood and remembered.
I create spaces where you can slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself. Through yoga, breath, embodiment, cacao, energy work and sound, I invite you to become curious about your body, your emotions and what is moving beneath the surface.
For me, healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can also be soft, joyful, playful and deeply human. I believe that coming home to yourself starts with being willing to pause, listen and truly feel; with presence, compassion and a little more softness towards yourself.

Somatic therapist, breathwork coach & ceremony facilitator
I’m someone who feels deeply, observes a lot and is always curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Through my own experiences, I’ve discovered how much the body can tell us, even when we don’t have the words for it. I guide people back into connection with their body and themselves through somatic therapy, breathwork and ceremonies.
For me, it’s important that people feel safe, seen and comfortable enough to simply be themselves.
Together, we bring these different perspectives into one shared evening: a space to breathe, feel, soften and reconnect.

To make the evening extra special, we’ll be joined by Shanti Hemp Clothing after the ceremony. A beautiful Peruvian-inspired clothing brand working with organic, natural fabrics and consciously made pieces.
You’ll have the opportunity to discover their collection, feel the fabrics and connect with the story behind the brand while enjoying a little time together after the ceremony.
