The Valley Spirit never dies. It is called the Mysterious Feminine. This ancient Taoist teaching invites us to return to the source — to the quiet, receptive power that restores all things. Inner Harmony Valley Spirit is a week-long immersion into stillness, nature and renewal at Sa Marina Agroturismo, Ibiza.

Set between Samhain and Lidong — the threshold between autumn and winter — this retreat honours the natural rhythm of release. As the waning moon gives way to the new moon, we are invited to shed what no longer serves and step into a season of deep rest, clarity and quiet transformation.

Throughout the retreat, the programme brings together conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, nature and ritual, creating a progressive journey from arrival and opening through to integration and farewell.

The experience includes Qi Gong, Dao Yoga, breathwork, meditation, conscious walks, fire rituals, tea ceremonies, sound experiences, sauna, nature connection, gratitude practices, and opening and closing circles.
