VITALITY WALK — Inspired by Mount Olympus

Over dit evenement

What makes you feel truly alive?
Two weeks after returning from a retreat in Mount Olympus, I’m bringing one of its inspirations back to Brussels: vitality — the experience of feeling present, connected and alive.

Join me for an afternoon in the Sonian Forest combining:
🌿 a relaxed forest walk
🌿 nature and sensory awareness
🌿 moments to breathe, pause and reconnect
🌿 a short guided reflection
🥁 a grounding drum experience in nature

This is not a demanding hike. We will walk at a comfortable pace, with pauses along the way.

The invitation is simple: leave the working week behind for a few hours, reconnect with your body and senses, and explore what awakens your own vitality.
