Yāna special: inversions

Over dit evenement

Start your week feeling calm and refreshed at yāna yoga. A cosy and welcoming space in Utrecht where you're invited to take time for yourself to slow down and reconnect.

This month, I’m offering one special inversions flow at yāna yoga.
A playful and empowering practice where we’ll explore getting upside down, building strength and finding a little more trust in ourselves. Expect plenty of guidance, space to play and maybe even a new perspective along the way.

Whether it's your first time exploring inversions or you've been practising them for years, you're welcome here. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try :)

GOOD TO KNOW
- Bring your own mat!
- Classes are guided by music
- Small group, spots are limited
- Suitable for all levels
- Come on time, max 5 min before class starts

Please note: inversions are generally best avoided during menstruation, so this class may not be suitable if you’re on your period.
