🔥 Monday Madness - class & jam with Alon Ritter!

🌀 The Art of Body Surfing
This class will be a celebration of body mechanics, exploration, and the endless possibilities of movement.

We will learn how to roll and spiral on the floor, using the three-dimensionality of our spines to surf on each other’s bodies, change levels with ease, and discover new pathways through movement.

A juicy mix of anatomy, body mechanics, floor work, partnering and improvisation — exploring how we can roll, spiral, surf and continuously transform our relationship to gravity and to each other.

✨ Open to all levels.
