EROTIC ALIVENESS

Eroticism, to me, is to let the fullness of life move through me.
Erotic energy is not only about sexuality.
It is the energy of being deeply connected to life — to your body, pleasure, creativity, desire, sensitivity and power.
It can be a voice that speaks where you used to stay silent.
A desire you finally acknowledge.
A NO you dare to speak.
Pleasure you allow yourself to receive.
A part of yourself you stop apologising for.

Where is your life force asking for more space?

TO SEE & BE SEEN
We can learn a lot about ourselves when we are alone. And there is something that can only become visible in relationship. This is why the group is an essential part of the day.
You will do practices alone, with another woman and with the group. You will witness and be witnessed.
You might notice yourself holding back. Comparing. Wanting approval. Becoming self-conscious. Having the impulse to disappear.
Or you may meet playfulness, sensuality, power, vulnerability, tenderness and joy.
All of this is welcome.
Your presence affects the group.
Their presence affects you.
And together, we create a space in which more of each woman can emerge.
There can be something deeply powerful about experiencing yourself while being seen by others — and discovering that your hiding and loudness is welcome and you don't need to do or be anything in order to belong.

A SMALL GROUP OF 8 WOMEN
I intentionally keep this day small.
With a maximum of 8 women, there is space for personal attention, individual process and genuine connection within the group.

WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE
What does erotic aliveness mean to you?
We will look at our needs and desires. Your YES and your NO.
We will work with:
Inquiry, body, breath, movement and sound (voice liberation)
You will be invited to do practices in the group and in pairs.
Everything is an invitation. You remain in choice about your body, your boundaries and your participation throughout the day.

THIS DAY MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
- You sense there is more of you wanting to be lived and expressed.
- You long for more freedom and aliveness in your body and voice.
- You are curious about your desires, sensuality, sexuality or erotic energy.
- You notice places where you hold yourself back — emotionally, sexually, vocally or creatively.
- You have done inner work and are longing to move from understanding yourself into experiencing yourself.
- You want to discover what becomes possible when you allow yourself to be seen.
- Or perhaps you simply feel something when you read the words Erotic Aliveness.

A TASTE OF THE 5-MONTH WOMEN PROGRAM
This day is also an introduction to my 5-month Women's EROTIC ALIVENESS Program — for women who want to explore their body, voice, sexuality, pleasure, desires and life force more deeply.
You are also very welcome if you are not interested to join the 5 months program.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫:
I’m Marije Roos, trainer, mediator, voice liberator and trainer in Nonviolent Communication. Over the last 16 years I have worked with many groups, couples and individuals, supporting them to more connection, compassion and liberation.

My work weaves together voice liberation, embodiment, working with sexuality as our vital energy, empathic listening and vulnerable, honest expression.

I am passionate about creating spaces where women (and all people) can be vulnerable and honest, reconnect with the wisdom of the bodies and give expression to what is true and alive inside of them. To see people open up, leaving with more space and inner clarity fills my heart with meaning.
