Autumn Equinox Special | From Yang to Yin

Over dit evenement

Every season has its wisdom for us, if we pause long enough to listen. Coming out of a fiery and outgoing Summer, Autumn invites us deeper inward. The days grow shorter, and the winds a little more rowdy...

Mirrored by the changing winds, the Autumn Equinox holds a point of balance – when night and day are equally as long, before night conquers day again for the darker part of the year. We’re invited to pause, reflect, and decide what we bring with us into this time – and what will cause us to lose our balance if we bring it with.

Join Rebecca in this 2,5 hour journey from light to dark, yang to yin. You will move through a Vinyasa-based practice that lovingly challenges your balance, gradually moves from intensity to depth, and eventually softens into the nourishing practice of Yin yoga.

We end with an Autumn-inspired Yoga Nidra – think of it as a deeply soothing, body-based, guided meditation while you’re lying in Savasana – to connect you to the essence of this season and to what it might have in store for you. After the practice, there is time to journal, reflect, and share.
