How your Womb Healing Session might look like:

*Womb Blessing Ritual: We begin by treating the womb as an altar, honoring it as your creation center. This may include placing crystals, flowers & herbs on the lower belly and, with intention, recognizing the sacredness of this space.
*Energetic Opening of the Womb Space: creating space to release heaviness, pain, or trauma held in the womb area.
*Sound Healing: Using Tibetan bowls and tuning forks placed directly on the belly, along with drumming over the womb space, to support emotional release and nervous system regulation.
*Acupressure to create space for a deeper connection with your womb.
*Abdominal Massage & Energy Healing: Once the body feels more open, we bring softness and healing through gentle abdominal massage and intuitive energy work.
